This is my entry for Inktober Day #18. It is a drawing of Elijah Cummings, House Representative for Marylands 7th Congressional District. It is yet another of my entries in the upcoming, “PAC Post-it Note Fundraiser”, on December 6, 2019. This event is meant to benefit IATSE (International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States, its Territories and Canada) by selling member’s art, done on 3” x 3” Post-its for $5 each. All of my Inktober sketches for 2019 will be done on these Post-its and donated to IATSEPAC’s fundraising effort.
