Lightbox Sketches 1: Focal Point Concept Art School, Gdansk, Poland

I attended Lighthouse Expo 2019, at the Pasadena Convention Center, in Pasadena, California, USA. It  occurred from September 6 to September 8, 2019. While there, I attended a panel titled, “What  You Do Wrong and What You Don’t know”. I was totally hooked by the title and didn’t bother to read the panel description. So I have only myself to blame when it turned out to be an hour long infomercial for the FocalPoint Concept Art School, an art academy in Gdansk, Poland, focusing on artists who want employment in the entertainment industry as concept artists.

I sketched Derek and Michal as they made the pitch for their school. They were quite compelling. Not enough to go back to school and move to Poland, but if I were in the market, I would give FocalPoint Concept Art School serious consideration.
