This is blog #45 of my on-going series sharing pages from the scrap book of Minnie Holsinger, which she compiled in the 30s and 40s while she and Grandpa Charlie were saving to buy a farm.
The signature, as near as I can discern, says,”Hy Whiteby” or “Hy Whitby”. The back side is completely blank, I suspect it to be part of the same series of prints as was posted in “The Farmer’s Wife #44. It reminds me of the work of Thomas Kinkade, the famous artist who, I assume, saddened millions of avid fans upon his death in 1958.
