“Children of the Wind” was meant to be an epic narrative detailing the life and adventures of IBNI and NUNU, brother and sister Arabian foals. They live in idyllic innocence as part of SHIEKH ALI herd. Their life changes forever when an accident and fire drive them from their home. They are pursued across the Arabian Peninsula by Baadir, Sheikh Ali’s yuppie-scum nephew and Baadir’s henchmen, Kamal and Nasir. The foals are befriended by various animals along the way, are separated, grow to adult-hood in the possession of various human masters. Prepping this sample to include on my site, I am saddened that this story never came to more than a Series Bible/Overview and the trailer. The road to Entertainment Valhalla is littered with the wreckage of failed expeditions.
