MY COLLECTION #13

This is a Smiling Jack daily from April 25th, 1972, by Zack Mosely. I like it as a highly simplified, abstracted depiction of a subject I love, Alaskan Glaciers. (I grew up in Anchorage Alaska) One of my excuses for collecting original art is that I'm looking at how other artists solve problems (graphic and artistic) that I've been, or may be confronted with. As with yesterday’s strip, it was cheap; I think I won them both in auction for $30 each; postage cost almost as much as the art.
