I did this comics page for Roy Thomas's "Alter Ego" magazine a few years back. I had sent him some spec Avengers pages I did when I was trying to break back into comics back in '01. I re-pencilled the first 8 pages of "The Mighty Avengers" issue 92, the issue Sal Buscema illoed just before Neal Adams started with issue 93. Roy was complimentary, asked me to do a page illustrating a page for a pitch he was putting together for Marvel Comics at the time: expanding the Kree/Skrull war to other characters in the Marvel Universe of 1971 (besides the Avengers). In this page, Daredevil saves Warren Craddock (I think that's his name), the evil McCarthy-esque senator from the clutches of Kree warriors, only to discover that Craddock is a Skrull.
